Forgot your password? No problem.
To do so, go to the login page on the ids.online homepage as usual. Click on "Forgotten password?"
Please enter the email address you used to register on the portal. You will then receive an email from us with the option to create a new password.
After you have entered your registered email address, please check your mailbox.
If you registered with us using the email address you provided, you should now receive a message. Click the "Reset Password" button there.
Now choose a new password of your choice and log in with your new password.
